I need exposure
Set an HTTPS destination, geography, schedule, allowed channels, CPC and budgets, then add versioned copy and media.
I want to promote
Register Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Telegram, website or other public or private channels; private groups never require member lists.
Manual applications
Promoters can apply or withdraw. Approval locks the accepted policy and creative version into the assignment.
Dedicated share kit
Each assignment can receive an opaque short URL, copy-ready text, Web Share, social share actions and a QR code without exposing Tenant or Allocation UUIDs.
Qualified CPC and limits
Dedicated-link clicks are evaluated against task state, anonymous deduplication, bot, velocity, source, geography and device rules. Daily, total and per-promoter caps are checked when qualification evidence is posted.
Bilateral analytics
Advertisers see qualified clicks and budget use; promoters see qualified outcomes and estimated available and reserve amounts. Everything remains review_only: no charges, payouts or fake ledger entries.
Invite-only manual review is active. Undisclosed incentives, click farms, forced clicks, self-clicking and automated traffic are prohibited.

The marketplace remains review_only: P12-C.2 records qualified-CPC evidence, applies budget caps and provides bilateral estimates, but it does not charge, pay out or create payables. Money movement will only be considered after P12-C.3 sandbox, legal and provider gates.
